How Your Watch Is Cared For

Dismantling
The movement and exterior are disassembled to the smallest component for a thorough assessment.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Every part passes through a multi-stage ultrasonic bath to remove old oils, dust and residue.
Parts & Lubrication
Worn parts are replaced and the movement re-lubricated and re-assembled by hand.
Calibration
The watch is timed on a timegrapher, demagnetised and regulated for accuracy.
Pressure & Final QC
Water-resistance testing and a multi-day power-reserve check before your timepiece is returned.
